The UNCT Phase II Response Subcommittee, responsible for submitting a report on priorities regarding low-productivity, new, and proposed academic programs; a summary of what is being done to recruit and retain faculty and staff; a plan for revising the P & T Guidelines and incentive system to be in alignment with the UNC Tomorrow Commission's final report; and a draft of a revised Mission Statement. These reports are due to UNC General Administration on December 1, with the exception of the Academic Programs report which is due to GA on December 15.
