This document captures the knowledge and advice of the members of the component workgroups of the SPC and of the Plan Drafting Subcommittee at the end of the year-long planning process. The annual activities, metrics, metric targets, and resources are provided here for consideration by Deans Council, Executive Staff, and others involved in the development of implementation plans for the various areas of the Plan. Note that the versions of the plan included in this document have been superceded by subsequent drafts.
